What we build
Six ways we put AI to work. Most projects start with one of them.

Ask about this: workflow automationPull names, dates, amounts and line items out of invoices, forms, PDFs and emails, check them, and put them where they belong.
Ask about this: document and data extractionAgents that work inside your systems with secure, limited access. They look things up, prepare work and ask before they act.
Ask about this: custom AI agentsPlain-language summaries of what is happening in your business, built from the data you already have. Ask a question, get a straight answer.
Ask about this: reporting and insightsHands-on training so your team knows when to use the new tools and when not to, and support after launch as your work changes.
Ask about this: team training and supportHow it works
We start small, show results on your real work, and only then build it into your day.
A free conversation about your work, your tools and where the hours go. If AI isn't a good fit, we'll say so.
We build a small working version with real examples from your business, so you can judge the results yourself.
We connect it to the systems your team already uses, with the access limits and review steps you choose.
We track time saved and accuracy, report back in plain language, and keep improving what works.
Where it helps
A few examples of work AI handles well. If your industry isn't listed, ask us anyway.
Front-office work only, never clinical decisions.
How we work
AI is only useful if you can trust it. These come first on every project.
We use your data only to build and run your project. You decide what the AI can see, and you can take your data with you at any time.
We begin with one task and measure the result. You decide what comes next once you've seen it work.
Clear updates on what the system did, what it saved and where it needed a person. No jargon.
We build on widely used tools and document how everything works, so you can change course or bring it in-house whenever you like.
FAQ
Every project starts with a free consultation. We learn how your work runs today and where AI could help. If there's a good fit, we suggest a small first project and agree on its scope with you before any work begins.
A conversation about how the work happens today, a few real examples (emails, documents, spreadsheets) and access to the tools we'll connect, with the permissions you choose. After that, someone on your team to try things out and tell us what works.
Before anything is connected, we show you what the AI will see and where your data goes. We give it the least access it needs, keep a person in the loop for anything sensitive, and prefer AI services whose business terms rule out training on your data.
It depends on the work and the tools involved, so we'll give you an estimate after the consultation. We aim to put a small working prototype in front of you early, so you see results before deciding on anything bigger.
We pick the model for the job rather than one for everything: hosted models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, or open models that can run on your own servers when data needs to stay in-house. We'll explain the trade-offs in cost, speed and privacy in plain language.
Tell us about one task that takes up too much of your team's time. We'll tell you honestly whether AI can help, and what a sensible first step looks like.
